Don’t know why they no longer need a secondary action required which puzzles me due to they never requested anything from me. But, this Monday it moved to preparation for decision and wondering how long now to get a decision from them. I've had claims that were just sitting on someone's desk for months or "got misplaced". I've also had claims that have been moved through pretty quickly. If you have the time and patience, calling is never a bad option. You may not get any answers the first or second time, but they log every time you call. And if you call enough, there are those who will do what they can to get you taken care of just so you'll stop calling.
