What should my BASD and PEBD reflect? How does Reserve TIS work after transitioning to Active Duty? 2022-01-04T09:07:28-05:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 7457105 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I shipped to Basic Training on 9Jan19 and got out the Reserves with a Conditional Reserve in FEB2020. It’s a fixed, absolute date that defines when he or she began service.<br />The PEBD can change if there is a break in service. <br />If you participated in battle assemblies prior to basic training, your PEBD should be the date you signed your contract. If you didn&#39;t drill, then your PEBD should be the date your started basic training. It should not change just because you moved from reserve to actice duty. Some of your dates will have been recalculated. If your Retention NCO said that your new dates are correct but you&#39;re asking for regs to back that up.....you could always go back to your Retention NCO and ask them to show you the regs. Nothing says you can&#39;t do that. In your case, your IET time. Your PEBD should remain the same since you had no break in service, it should be the day you shipped to Basic unless you drilled before basic Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 5 at 2022 12:59 AM 2022-01-05T00:59:39-05:00 2022-01-05T00:59:39-05:00 SMSgt David Dillon 7683469 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Never used Response by SMSgt David Dillon made May 18 at 2022 7:02 PM 2022-05-18T19:02:35-04:00 2022-05-18T19:02:35-04:00 2022-01-04T09:07:28-05:00
