how does the process of becoming a recruiter work? ive already logged into my ako and sent the assignment satisfaction key up. Can anyone who recently built a recruiter packet help me out with the process?

Process takes about 3 months, then schooling, then PCS to your station.

Contact USAREC through their website. They have a link for Recruit the Recruiter. They will tell you what to do. You could also contact your branch manager and talk to them and try to have them put you on assignment.
