I personally found Module I the most informative. Especially the courses on Civilian Hiring and conflict resolution. My BN is 70% civilian workforce so it was very beneficial to me in understanding their pay, hiring, and grievance process. Some of the other courseware seemed redundant from the academy. What was lacking, thoughts?

I found SSD V of immense value when working echelons above Corps. My only beef is not receiving this earlier in my career.

SSD 5 would have been more effective if it had a resident phase, which would have allow for some senior NCO engagement and sharing of knowledge and experience. But in its current format there is little value added unless it counts toward college credit

SSD 5 was a ridiculous waste of time.
