How far back does your ERB/SRB board file go when showing your military education? What is actually seen?

Going through my ERB I noticed all my schools before 2011 are missing. Airborne and a few others. I was told the board file would have them, but when I pulled it up, it's not showing. It does show my identifier and my board file has my graduation cert from jump school, but does not show in my military ed... is this normal after a certain amount of schools, or should it show

The center section of the ERB, just like the ORB will kick off the oldest schools and the oldest assignments as you get more and more or them. My assignments now start at Company Command and all of my LT time is no longer showing. Same thing with schools. It doesn't show my airborne school any longer. My ORB does have my Parachutists Badge on there though, showing that it's authorized. Also, the orders are in my file. Those who are looking at the ERB on a board realize this happens. Not a big deal as long as the rest of the information is there in your files.

I had HRC remove some of the lesser schools so more prominent stuff filled that section. Example: Combat Lifesaver went away so SERE was able to remain.
