Chances are, all that is needed is a DD Form 368 Conditional Release Request. Bear in mind, even if you submit this form, no one in your Chain is required to sign approval. Good luck. You said you don&#39;t want to get out, but by its definition, the Guard is off of active duty.<br />If your family issues are serious you can request a hardship chapter.
