How hard would it be for me to get chosen to go Green to gold without any college education?

Let me break it down in depth so you don't get any false hopes. There are 3 G2G programs.
G2G Scholarship Option - this is the only option you qualify for with no education. You're too old and age waivers are not authorized.
G2G Active Duty - requires 2 years college and age waivers are not authorized. Plus, very competitive, only 200 a year
G2G non scholarship - you need two years of college, you have to pay for your own tuition, and you're still too old. This one does allow age waivers, but it would need to be approved by the General of Cadet Command.
The fact that you want to be an officer and haven't Googled this publicly available information yet is a strong indicator that you're not exceptional enough to warrant an exception to policy. Plus, you'll be a college student with 5 dependents and no income. That's a pretty significant financial burden even if your spouse is working.

SFC (Join to see) he is too old for what he's eligible for, as I said in the post. He has no education he's asking about a G2G option that requires no previous education. G2G Scholarship option doesn't allow any waivers. G2G ADO doesn't apply to him because he's still several years away from having the education level to even be eligible to apply.

Randomly just wanted to drop this fact, but 350 were selected last year for the ADO.

2LT (Join to see) yeah I saw that recently. It was 200 for years, and they had been talking about raising it to 400 for several years now. I think the last two years had 350

My recruiter told me they’re picking 400-450 this upcoming board.. I hope he’s right. SFC (Join to see)
