I would sleep 1-2 hours before I'd wake up. Then I went to the extreme of sleeping around 11 hours and I never felt rested. <br />These days I sleep well. Rarely have any dreams. One spell lasted three nights without sleep. My daughter picked me up and took me to the Emergency room.
