I would sleep 1-2 hours before I&#39;d wake up. Then I went to the extreme of sleeping around 11 hours and I never felt rested. <br />These days I sleep well. Rarely have any dreams. When I do it&#39;s almost as though I&#39;m watching the events unfold rather than re-living them.
