Then I went to combat and learned leadership skills as I progressed through the ARMY and then went to NCOES and began my NCO phase of the military as well as my Instructor/ side of the service to completed my finial phase Senior Trainer and Mentor the mold was completed. I retired and with mold I developed my resume and cover letter to design a plan and use all this tools to start another phase in my life and that was my civilian side of my life. Try to forget what there was in the ARMY but my everyday experience always brought back something from the time I serviced. The mold will never go away because The ARMY created something that won't stop until my time is done.

STEPHENS' Response by SFC William Stephens A. I am sometimes cynical and have a hard timing putting up with petty BS. I was driven to succeed before serving, and even more during and after I served. I was a 20 year old from Arkansas who had quick college and had no confidence or idea what I wanted to do with my life.
