I have recently been fortunate to "work remotely". My question for you is how have you adapted to this new work space? What have been your biggest challenges? Biggest successes?

The biggest challenge has been really emotionally connecting with veterans/military and family members in the virtual environment. It is tough when you don't have all the nonverbals to work with. Some only call in and then you don't even have facial expressions.

The biggest challenge is to avoid distractions, and the thought to get to it later, to sleep in and to stay on mission

Well my child's school schedule helps me stay on point. and my dog sleeps most of the day. But yes, stay on task has been my biggest point of contention
