WE COULD ALL USE YOUR HELP IN BOY SCOUTS. Merit Badge instructors, camp councilors. You dont have to be a scout master to help. We need skilled merit badge instructors. Also - people willing to be NRA certified range masters, shotgun merit badge, rifle merit badge and archery merit badge instructors. I end up traveling a lot to be a range master for cub scout packs Im not affiliated with because most people just get certified for their own troop. Ive never even had a cub scout since my boys joined late - yet I have put tons of cubs through training. Its sad most people only willing to help packs or troops their kids are in.

Also,
Citizenship in the Nation, Citizenship in the World and Citizenship in the Community are all eagle required. Even if you just get certified as meritbadge instructor and teach once a year at STEM or Merit Badge Midways - we always need instructors at those events. Here is a list of all the merit badges - we have 100s that need your expertise.

I do gratis events, Crohns Colitis, Hooters, Taste of Town and Country. The 02 and I raised money. He is an alpha male I guess. (Lasker) Got him in the Tampa Tribune. Racers are the best along with military in service to community. Almost every driver in the CCFA won a track title. Proof of paying it forward. I have focused on serving others in my community when I was able to get around. Now my service is more along the lines of intercessory prayer and focused prayer as God leads.
WE can each do our part to serve others at different stages of our life.

Helped with the local conservation club for about 6 yrs, worked with the range master one summer. Helped teach hunters safety to young hunters to be. On occasion help with our church's youth group.

I have tended to volunteer in youth groups that my sons were involved with, career related organizations and veterans events and organizations.
And it is a bit confusing to be your son's AYSO soccer coach when nobody else stepped up and I had no understanding of soccer.

Started out as a volunteer with local rescue squad where I was from. Have now been working full time as a paramedic for over 16 years. Yes, I know it's a long way from working as nuclear submarine electrician.
