I couldn't agree more with this article. I also think that the employees in the transition services should be veterans themselves. I think this would greatly improve the quality of those services.

In my opinion it's one of the most important things. Even more so for the 20 + year Active Duty Veteran that hasn't had time to focus on the do's/don'ts of the Civilian world.
