How is 92Y AIT for service members who are reclassifying? Will I stay in a lodge or separate barracks from the IET soldiers?

Speaking from two prior service reclass experiences:
Life as a prior service was pretty easy in both cases. As long as I showed up for PRT and classes, didn't get into trouble, and not do anything stupid, the Cadre left me and the rest of my reclass compatriots alone. As for lodging, the first time I reclassed, I was in the same barracks just way down the hall from the IETs. The second time, I was in a completely separate set of barracks set aside just for prior service.
So, pretty much everything will depend on the Cadre. But things should be pretty chill for you.

Prior Service Marine, came in the Army in 2017... you’ll be at Ft Lee for 92Y. It’s pretty chill, you have to take your car tho, because you’ll be in the MOS-T, about 2 miles away from pt at 0530 or class... the instructors will expect a lot from you seeing as how you are prior service, uphold the standard and don’t to the ait soldiers
