I recently reclassed to 15T and got sent to Drum at an ASB and it's honestly not as great as I hoped. There's no discipline or standards, everyone seems too relaxed. I'm a prior 12B SGT. Thinking about getting out of here ASAP and Campbell has been on my mind.

You won't be able to move anytime soon UNLESS you join the 160th. Time on station is three years otherwise, or whatever your YMAV is.

My ETS is March 2023, I was told that my reenlistment window opens in November.

SGT(P) (Join to see) December actually but yes. If you move through reenlistment the TOS is two years. But when you reenlist in December your report date can be anywhere from 6 months to 17 months away. That's assuming you're not a Careerist, in which case you aren't eligible to reenlist for a duty station of choice
