Last year I spent 9 days in the VA hospital in Portland, OR. and lost 46 pounds in the process so now I walk or limp as much as I can, or I will ride a bike for about an hour with at least one break to keep from overdoing it. With back pain from degenerating discs in the lumbar area some things are more difficult than others. I start physical therapy, again (4x), to correct or improve my mobility. I hope it works better this time than in has in the past. Wish me well.
