How is Fort Stewart in regards to a young family (things to do in and around the post)?

There are parks and playgrounds. The town has some small activities. There is aloy of outdoors stuff like fishing for kids. To find better recreation you have to drive about 40 minutes. Thank you for your service.

Fort Stewart does have the fact that it is centrally located going for it, you can go to Savannah, Pooler, South Carolina, Atlanta (Need a pass), Orlando with all of it's attractions and joint ventures it has with Fort Stewart (need a pass), and Jacksonville. Make sure to make use of what free time you do get at Fort Stewart.
