WO1 Private RallyPoint Member 789920 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I recently was promoted to Sergeant, but PCS'ed from my unit 35 days after to my next duty assignment. Between transit time and leave before I report, will it all just be Unrated Time? Since I will have a total of 51 days when I get there will it just be two months Unrated? How is PCS'ing after recently being promoted going to affect my first NCOER? 2015-07-03T23:01:22-04:00 WO1 Private RallyPoint Member 789920 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I recently was promoted to Sergeant, but PCS'ed from my unit 35 days after to my next duty assignment. If you worry about your NCOERS/OERS, you will never make it. Focus on doing your best, living Army Values and the NCO creed, and all will be OK. If you do your best, you get noticed. If you worry about your reports, you will also get noticed. <a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="403303" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/403303-290a-electronic-warfare-technician-3rd-bct-hhc-3rd-bct">WO1 Private RallyPoint Member</a> Response by COL Charles Williams made Jul 4 at 2015 12:43 AM 2015-07-04T00:43:50-04:00 2015-07-04T00:43:50-04:00 CSM Michael J. As far as when the report is due, you can expect a couple things for your first report, there should be two "non-rated codes" the I code covers your intransit leave, the Q code covers that your rater was not qualified to rate you. You will see 10 months rated if the first report is an annual report. Going back to <a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="206564" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/206564-col-charles-williams">COL Charles Williams</a> input, his advice is what will write the report. You accomplishing your mission and taking care of Soldiers is the basic responsibility of a Soldier and will be what is written about on your report. Your challenge is to know and understand the new NCOER coming out in January as it will be different than what we use today. Great question. Response by CSM Michael J.
