How is the reflagging of the unit from the BSTB to the BEB effecting you and your career?

I am not affected. We shall see big changes here in about two years for the Engineer world though with proposed transformation again.

Sir, My unit has added a line company and we have lost all of our support sections as they have left and created a new FSC for our battalion. I have already noticed a reduction in OR rate with increased maintenance timelines. And we now have many members who are now having to travel as much as 80-100 miles to drill. Many of whom are junior enlisted.
