How legal is it for the AFBCMR to delete my lawyers emails without reading them in response to their advisory opinions as part of evidence?

My petition was denied from the AFBCMR over "untimely filing" even though I'm going through the Court of Federal Claims. I smell something alright. I guess since we don't want to look at evidence and do Air Force customer support I guess the judge is going to have to handle it. Thanks for further bolstering my case with your infractions. "Integrity First". Yeah, right. You wouldn't know integrity if it slapped you in the face. Disgusting. It's ok though Air Force, remember that time you sent Air Force OSI after me and compared me to Edward Snowden and polygraphed me? Didn't forget. Hope you're ready to lose in court!

He's not actually asking questions, he just comes here to shout into the wind at the Air Force as if we're the AF HQ command or something. They're not really questions, just rants about how life isn't fair and how he's going to show all those guys... Blah blah blah... Like MSG (Join to see) said it's not worth paying attention to
