It&#39;s not added value to have multiple counselors working your packet because only one of them will receive credit for your transfer. They have the paperwork to do it. I have been told that the gaining commander does not even need to know until a soldier shows up on a TPU to TPU move. Yes, its new in the last year or so.<br />Retired reserve to TPU should be similar. If the slot is there and you meet retention standards go for it.
