How long After DA form 268 is removed should you get promoted or put on Promotion list

Ok so i have been dealing with this issue for 3 months now and i need advise. I am a Pv2 been 2 TIS and TIG i had my flag code taken off 2 weeks after i came into standard for overwieght and APFT then 2 weeks later had a PA code and it had an expiration date added and never got a counseling i was told its about overwieght from 10 months ago and it got removed about 3 weeks ago and still not promoted what do i do

To Everyone that Responded to get better clarification on what i ment i passed wieght tape, and apft for 3 months ago, the chain of command up until the Platoon sergeant do not exactly know why they contacted the rear and they said initial chapter paperwork but the paperwork was fucked up that they did so BN kicked it back said it was no good but they are still flagging and there is no means atleast up until the platoon sergeant why the Commander is to flag me

If the paperwork at unit level is wrong, it will get kicked back. A positive attitude always gets noted by the chain. If you work at learning how to do the forms, you can make things smoother for the 1 shop, and the paperwork will get processed faster.
