How long ago was the action that qualified you for QMP?

3/3 NCOER with NO block resulting after Article 15

Retained gomar for 2 DUIs in 2009 and a 4/3 NCOER with no blocks. Good news though I quit drinking ..... I'll be shocked if I survive this downsizing though. Sooner or latter I think they'll give me the boot. Not being negative it just is what it is.

I was arrested in May 2013 for DUI they dropped the charges because I Had pulled over. I was on my bike I had realized I shouldn't be riding so I pulled over. Sat there for about an hour and the CHP pulled up. I told them I had been riding initially I lied and said my bike broke but I wasn't about to be "hey officer I decided I was too drunk to drive so I pulled over" I had admitted to driving after drinking the DA dropped it to reckless driving. The GOMOR I got reads really nice like I was out murdering children. And I got a No block on integrity with a 2/2 NCOER. I did not submit any thing to the Board. I'll post what the decision was on the 13th of OCT after I find out what happened
