How long are army contracts for 17c and 25d ?

Look Jason all service contracts are for a total of 8 years- it's how they are split up that is inportant- between active, IRR or USAR. Instance 4 yrs active the other 4 in the Inactive Reserve, or the Reserve or the NG. 6 active, then the other 2 the sane way.

For 17C the contract is typically 6 years minimum because the length of training but I believe you can sign up to 8 years. As far as 25D I’m not sure since it’s an MOS you have to reclass to and you can’t just enlist into initially.

You are obligated to serve 36 months in a 25D position. It might be the same for 17C but you would need to confirm with those holding the MOS.

17c is 5-6 years generally 6 years, but you get 53 college credits throughout training.
