My co is more than likely gonna go through with it, because I have been on profile for 6 months, as well as a Bh profile. If and when the co does initiate the chapter, how long can this process take? My unit is pretty cut and dry, by the book kind of people. I’m not going to fight it. I want out. I also have not passed one acft since basic training. I’ve been in just over a year, including basic. I&#39;ve personally had packets take 2+ years to finally process. Does anybody know, how long each phase takes? Like once I complete phase 1, how long till phase2? And then after phase 2, how long before I’m actually out the door? Does anyone have a general timeline? I got my BAR counseling today and also my counseling that states my abcp flag is being removed and an involuntary separation flag has been added.
