Apparently this means that there are functionally zero vacancies for this MOS available for me to fill in my state or immediately adjacent ones. I am fully qualified for the position. I am not particularly interested in any other jobs. How long of a wait should I expect? The Army Reserves is divesting a lot of 35M and 35L. Could be that unit is locked because next year that unit won&#39;t have 35L at all.<br />You should consider talking to an Army Guard recruiter if this is the MOS you want.
