How long did SSD II / DLC II take you to complete?

I got promoted to SGT at the beginning of the month. I have not yet been enrolled in DLC II and I start orders again on the 5th of January. I know if I complete the training while on orders, I can't be paid for itm. My issue is when I go on orders 5 Jan 2020, I won't get off orders until the following year. If you have one whole weekend to dedicate to it, you can actually get it done in one weekend. Granted, those will be very long days.....but it can be done.

You need to go talk to your training NCO 5 minutes ago. From what I understand, unlike SSD, the DLC modules are not self enrolled. The training room needs to get you in. It will take you 40ish

I was able to complete SSD II in one weekend. I don’t know how DLC II compares, keep in mind that your score in DLC II will now be incorporated into your GPA for ALC. Also, as has already been mentioned get with your training NCO immediately as there is no auto-registration for DLC.

Nobody on active duty gets paid for them either. You’re an NCO and you have a year of ADOS, just go ahead and knock out that NCOES

DLC II is not an auto enrollment thing. You need to get with your training NCO and get this knocked out. If you take your time it takes 40ish hours. However if you have the time and dedication, you can knock it out in a weekend, but you will be grinding at it hard.

I was able to finish it in 1 siting. (Staff duty shift) You should be enrolled in it within a month or 2 or getting picked up to E-5

Depends on how good you are at cramming. As soon as I finished BLC, I started on SSD2. It took me about 7 hours of nonstop cramming. But as soon as you take a break, it's hard to get back into it. That's my take.
