<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>HRC doesn&#39;t update ERBs. The transaction is processed in Retain. Retain updates another database one day, which updates another app the next day, and another app the next day until it comes back and updates the PERDB which updates Retain about a week or two later

HRC will only process &quot;Above The Line&quot; ERB for updates. However, a known friend over there with access may &quot;unofficially&quot; help you out.<br /><br />P.S. HRC update ERBs as quick as within 5 minutes.
