How long does it take an NCOER to populate to iperms?

My through date is May 31st. I’m told records will be pulled July 7th for August board. I think I can get final signatures this week. What are my chances of getting this last NCOER on the board?

Board NCOERs, and any other documents for the board,get uploaded at the highest priority.

If your NCOER hasn’t hit your board file by the time the board does it’s pull you can always send a copy along with a letter to the board president explaining that it hadn’t posted yet.

My OER was submitted to HRC on 4 April and still hasn't hit iPERMs yet.

Anytime my report and board were on a short timeline I submitted a letter and the NCOER, purpose for the letter. Whether the system got it there or me sending it, always seemed to work.
