It all depends on the quality of your supply sergeant. I have seen some wait as long as a year. I have loaned and given my personal uniforms on numerous occasions. One thing I like about the ACU is the velcro name tape makes it easier to take care of soldiers when supply fails. Your TA-50 and uniforms should come from there. If you live close to the issue point, you can pick up the paperwork, schedule an appointment and move forward from there. If not you are at the mercy of the system, good, bad or otherwise. It varies by unit/uniform availability but normally they get at least 1 set before they ship.
