I’m worried because I am getting close to my ETS date, but security is unable to give me any information on my clearance. How long does it take for an interim Top Secret w/SCI to get adjudicated? 2019-03-11T19:50:23-04:00 SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member 4440102 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am trying to re-enlist to reclass to 35T, but my interim still hasn’t got adjudicated. Go ahead and extend 12 months now. By the time you get your clearance you will be in your reenlistment window and able to request the MOS Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 11 at 2019 8:02 PM 2019-03-11T20:02:01-04:00 2019-03-11T20:02:01-04:00 SSG Kasius McCall 4440198 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Someone I know just got his. Other people can take a couple months. I know someone who does these background checks and they say the same thing. Could take a couple months could take a couple years Response by PFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 11 at 2019 10:20 PM 2019-03-11T22:20:18-04:00 2019-03-11T22:20:18-04:00 SFC(P) Private RallyPoint Member 4441086 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I been waiting for over 5 months now just for my Secret clearance. I had investigation back in December so who knows with these people. This has been holding my career back while I just sit here and twiddle my thumbs waiting on civilians to do a job. But you should be issued an interim within a couple of months. If it isn’t by the time you finish AIT, you would go into a holdover.
