How long does it take for DA Board for Captain?

Currently in the Army National Guard and will be going through the DA Board for Captain. How long is this process to actually get pin?

Check MILPER. HRC just pushed out a message about RC officers not having a traditional DA board for CPT.

About that, do you have any info on what "Performance of not less than 12 months' of CONTINUOUS service in an active status" means?
