My question is how long does it take for the uploaded documents to be approved?

UPDATE: I was able to go through HRC and they got my MOS, my STP, and all my documents fixed prior to my board eval. IPPS-A changes should be within 24 hours but I'm unsure about EES updates.

This is assuming you uploaded them for priority processing by having the word "Board" as the first word on the first line in the comments field. Having "Board" as the 1st/1st may not be a requirement (HRC only says to have the word "board" in the comments), but my folks never had an issue with the uploads not being handled as a priority when they did it that way.

If you didn't upload it for priority processing, then it can take up to a month and a half for the documents to appear in your OMPF.

If they were uploaded for priority processing, it's been longer than 2 weeks (10 work days .. giving 2 more as a buffer), and the documents aren't there, contact the iPERMS Board Support Team (refer to the "Record Update and Maintenance" page* on HRC's website).
---------------------------------------------------
* HRC (Record Update and Maintenance) - https://www.hrc.army.mil/content/Record%20Update%20and%20Maintenance
ref: MILPER 24-385 (HQDA Centralized Promotions Board Guidance regarding Candidate Data Cards in the Army Selection Board System Version 2.0) - https://www.hrc.army.mil/Milper/24-385

I have submitted numerous PARs, have my BN S1 and BDE S1 working on it as well. Sometimes it can take a month. Other times it can take years. I do know there is a system issue with IPPS-A. Besides IPPS-A being a shit system to begin with.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 30 at 2025 6:33 PM2025-01-30T18:33:49-05:002025-01-30T18:33:49-05:002024-12-13T15:34:42-05:00
