NGB can be slow at times. Keep track of it but don&#39;t get to impatience. If you haven’t, then you likely won’t see it until after that when your new contract starts. Even then it could be weeks to months after that. Or tried your local IG office? I can tell you getting a response from NGB can take a while. When I get referrals from NGB to my office they are already several months old. I would suggest working locally. I can also tell you that there was a major breakdown of systems a few months back due to GIMS servers catching on fire, however the cases are being worked through and the backlog is steadily clearing up.
