How long does it take the Sec Def to sign the scrolls for Promotions?

CW3(P) Private RallyPoint Member It can take a long time. It took me 310 days to get through the process to pin CW2. A fellow warrant waited 323 days to pin 3 - that was last year. They supposedly fixed the issue but some folks are still waiting 6 months or more.

My scroll has been pending at OSD for about 65 days now. The scroll has spent half of the wait time (out of roughly 120 days) pending signature by SECDEF.
