The best bet is to just wait until you get an email. No point of losing sleep since it depends on the needs of the army and availability. I remember being recommended the first time and I did not hear anything. The second time I applied and was recommended, I randomly received a phone call for an AGR position. I almost ignored the phone call. <br /><br />If you do not get recommended the first time, keep on trying! I applied in early January for the April board. I just received the board results today saying I was recommended but still no official job offer.
