Truthfully, I depends on each state’s G1-Personnel Section how fast it gets done when it hits the que to be typed up and how heavy their work load is at the time. When I retired, it was about 2 months before my NGB22 was mailed to me...with errors.

Contact your B.N. S1 when I went from guard to active I had nine in about a week you have to keep on them

It comes directly from your unit. The bad news is that it took 4 months just to receive mine in the mail after ETS date and it wasn't placed into military records until over a year later. You should be able to call your unit to expedite the process for a copy if you need one in a hurry though.

I received mine about a good month after going IRR.
