Typically...How long does it take to switch from Army National Guard to Army Active Duty. I wont have problem getting conditional release!

All depends on how fast the Commanders at each level sign approval and move it up. Could be 2 months, could be six.

However long it takes to get your conditional release through Company, Battalion, Brigade, then to the G1 for signature, followed by however long it takes for your recruiter to get you contracted and orders to Active Army.
The more proactive you are in each step, the shorter each step will be.
