You should make sure the recommendation was favorable.<br />-Wing Commanders are busy people. They often limit the amount of administrivia they handle each day based on their time available after completing operational requirements.<br />-If you need to speed things up, take advantage of the Wing Senior Enlisted Advisor's open door policy or office hours to come in and check on the progress.
