<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Let me guess...you sent it to your branch manager who has no access to update your information.<br />The transaction is through eMilpo which is handled through your S1. <br />Your branch manager comes into play when it involves an assignment to PCS. While there are some other functions, they mainly are involved with something in the assignment process.
