Not saying that you haven't but Trial Defense Services at your current duty station would be the best bet for any legal issue questions or procedures. You can call and make an appointment. All the advice you get on here will be from past experience (unless they are a JAG lawyer or Paralegal NCO). If I was your NCO, I would tell you to go there to get your answers straight from the horse's mouth.

too many variables.
Ive walked a FG through in 72 hours, I've seen a company grade take 90 days when the BC decided he was the approval authority on All UCMJ ...that lasted about....91 days

Depends on Legal Assistance and The JAG... and The Command... any or all can drag it out depending on the desired effect and Intentions...

Depends on a couple of things. Is it Company or field grade?
What was the infraction/offense?
How long has it been?
Can't answer until that is answered

I would love to know more. However it can take an hour or a week. Depending on the substance of the packet the proper paperwork, the amount of work the paralegals have at the time. The fastest was about 15 minutes, they had al the paper work and were ready to do night court so.

It depends. From the perspective of the Command's JAG, it depends on what the unit gives us - we might kick it back to get one little sworn statement, or the whole thing might need to be redone. Sometimes CSM wants to look at it and give his/her 2 cents. Depends on TDS availability - Article 15 intake days are not always every day, or even in the same country if you are deployed. Also depends on our office's workload. There is no specific regulatory provision mandating they be done in a certain amount of days as far as I know (AR 27-10).

Depending on command and how bad they want it done half a day with good clerks. Usually several days. But calling you in and you agree it doesn’t take long. But to gather facts and note them then get forms filled out a few days are involved
