One reached out to me and requested my paperwork for review, however as I was a dual-status technician at the time I would not have been able to transfer. my situation has now changed and I was able to follow up. It has been a month or two you, so I don&#39;t expect a reply right away. However, I&#39;m wondering how long I should wait before I try to reach out again. State has some very good opportunities within it and I would really like the opportunity t-shirts with them.<br /> the second part of the question is, I&#39;m currently waiting for federal recognition for promotion. Should I wait until the promotion goes through, or should I just look forward and try to transfer and get on with it?
