I’ve been working with my S4 to get a new one/get a reinstatement and it has been taking forever. I need it for my class in February but we haven’t heard jack from Citi. Is there a phone number or email I can contact to speed up the process? Or do I just need to wait. I’ve applied for a new one probably 3 times now and I’ve tried faxing my reinstatement form quite a few times now but nothing seems to be working.
