How many Leaders are incorporating the America's Army-Our
Profession (AAOP) into their unit training? All of the training material is available
through the CAPE website and this training is a great tool to use at any level for Leader Professional
Development. Below is the link to the current FY14 training available.

Check out the website, this is a great resource and something you can/should implement into your training/professional development.

SMA Chandler backs this as well.

Yea, we call it by the acronym.  It just took me a minute to put it together.

SSG Robert Burns - SSG. Burns, if I am not mistaken, when I was drafted into the army back in the early 1970's, I believe it was thought to be "success through superior fire power!" But again, that was a long time ago, in another century!
