I will be next year. Going to move back to ND and pursue a career in Law Enforcement. Weather is alright, the AF is okay but neither one is something I want to be a part of for 20 plus years.

Here's a new tool that was developed by a group of veterans to help with the transition process. It's called the Transition Intelligence Dashboard and gives data based upon military branch, rank, yrs of service, education, specialty, age and gender.....really good info:

Everyone will have to get out one way or another voluntary or involuntary the question what are you doing to prepare for a successful transition.
