With a Bachelors Degree, 75 points (same reference (3)).
If those are quarter hours, divide your hours by 1.5 (68.7) and subject it to the limits above - Same answer.
Clock hours are 1 point per 16 hours earned. 1SG Private RallyPoint Member Tue, 19 Feb 2019 13:17:56 -0500 2019-02-19T13:17:56-05:00 Response by SGT Jim Ramge, MBA made Feb 19 at 2019 3:02 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-many-promotion-points-can-i-earn-if-i-have-103-total-college-credits-e-4-to-e-5?n=4382033&urlhash=4382033

Unless things have changed, you should be maxed... This will provide you the knowledge you would need as a leader to better assist your future Soldiers. So if you believe you’re ready for the next level in your career, make it happen to refer to Army regulation for guidance and then ask questions for clarification. Good luck to you future leader.
