How many RP members have children serving?

My youngest daughter joined the USN and is currently serving as a (BU) Seabee.
Myself in the USMC and ARNG.
My father and Grandfather in the ARMY.
My two brothers and niece in the USN.

Which service are your children currently serving in?

I have a son in the US Navy and one who recently ETSd from the Army. Is there a way to select two boxes?

I've been Army, reserve, and National Guard. My son is in the national guard and we serve in the same unit. It's cool and a bit weird at times serving with your kid. It's hard to turn off dad mode when on duty.

Neither of my boys are serving although my youngest (14) wants to enlist when he turns 18. He supposedly wants to be a medic but we'll see.

I served 23 years in the Army and my father served for two in the Army with one year in Vietnam. Except for a second cousin, I don't know of anyone else in my family who is or has served.

Over my dead body will my child serve as enlisted. I am all for my son serving but knowing what I do now, I would plant my boot far up my kid's arse if he joined enlisted.

My middle son followed in my footsteps and is a Tanker currently deployed to Kuwait with 1st ABCT, 1st ID; my oldest son will be soon joining the Navy, so I will have two of them serving!

My son (15) has had his heart set on becoming a Marine Infantry Officer since he was 12. He plans to apply to the Naval Academy as well as ROTC and any other Officer program he can to achieve his goal. This one is a little early because clearly he's not serving, but he's on his way USMC! Class of 2021 from somewhere....Semper Fi.

Since we're counting "wannabes," my 14-year-old daughter has her heart set on joining the Army after graduating from high school. She's in JROTC now (Freshman year) and she is serious about enlisting (or possibly trying to go the officer route). I hope that desire stays with her for another three and a half years (seemingly a lifetime for a teenager, after all).
