Uhmmmmm, the same pay chart as everyone else? There may be a one time incentive bonus and they enjoy not having to carry medical malpractice liability insurance

There are a lot of subtle incentives. A direct commission PA can expect to make 25-30% more than their Company Grade peers.

Depends on their rank and number of years of service. I am a Major and 23 years of service so I am paid roughly one-third of what I am worth. Happily, there are bonuses...which doubles my pay. So, by the time you pay taxes...most PAs essentially work for free.

Not following your math...most of my M-Day PAs make $50k/yr for IDT/AT/CME/bonus. For 40ish days annually...equates to ~$120/hr.

You’ll need to work with an AMEDD recruiter. Direct commission as a 1LT or higher depending on years of experience. Student loan repayments and bonuses available. Pro pay and board certification adds about $1k/mo on Active Duty. Prorated in AR and NG.
