How much of the Army is rolling their sleeves right now (or is it just Bragg)?

I circumvented regulations against rolling sleeves for many years as did all of my subordinates while stationed at Fort Bragg on active duty. I had excellent reasons behind my decision so I never got into trouble. My unit (radiography) was the only direct patient care unit not authorized to wear ACU scrubs while on duty so instead I had my people roll their sleeves in to avoid "being stained" I was challenged several times on that and managed to win out every time and avoid negative consequences.
