<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Actually you have to fulfill 36 months TOS to PCS, if you request it through reenlistment it&#39;s 24 months. That&#39;s not to request PCS that&#39;s measured from the date of arrival to the report date of the next assignment. Obviously there are many exceptions such as MACP, EFMP, Drill, Recruiting etc that can be waived down to 12 months TOS.<br />If you&#39;re OCONUS you have to stay till your DEROS or else apply for a curtailment. You&#39;ll receive your next assignment NLT 6 months from your DEROS.
